When posting questions or concerns about your facility or practice, remember that others can view your profile to identify your employer.

Yes, there are potentially people in your social group who will view your profile to identify your employer and report your post to your employer or payers.

Freedom of expression means you can say whatever you want, whenever you want, without being arrested or charged with a crime, but that doesn’t mean there won’t be other consequences.

The consequences may impact you directly or cause legal issues for your employer. 

Just because you feel that a policy within your organization is not compliant does not mean that it is not compliant.

If you have a conflict with your coworker, supervisor, manager, or company, you’re not resolving the issue in a Facebook group.

I’m aware of instances where employees have posted negative comments about employers or coworkers or identified non-compliant practices in Facebook groups and caused backlash for themselves or their employers.

Yes, we all need to vent or ask for opinions.  My blog is open to anyone who needs to vent or get another perspective.
