Wow!  2021 is almost over.  This year has been a blur.

Here is one of my professional resolutions for the new year:

• Look beyond the obvious and listen to what is not being said.

Suppose you have an employee or coworker who seems always to cause conflict.  Instead of an immediate response, press pause.  You don’t know what that person may be going through.
